I am a seasoned automotive strategist and consultant with more than 20 years of leadership experience driving innovation at the intersection of retail, digital, and marketing strategy. Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with OEMs, dealer groups, and agencies to transform customer experiences—developing digital retail tools, creating and implementing processes, and honing marketing strategies that not only optimize ROI but also bring the thrill of the automotive world directly to customers.
I have helped shape how luxury automotive brands connect with their audiences—merging technology, design, and storytelling into seamless retail experiences. My work extends beyond product management into broader retail and digital strategy, bridging the gap between customer expectations and business performance.
But my story isn’t just about cars and commerce. With a Master’s degree in English & Creative Writing, I bring a storyteller’s perspective to every project—crafting messages, campaigns, and digital experiences that resonate on both rational and emotional levels.
I also served with the United States Peace Corps in Botswana, where I developed a national digital communications strategy and launched creative projects like the “Botswana Passions” drama series that brought tough conversations to life and made them safe to discuss. That experience reinforced my belief that marketing and storytelling aren’t just tools for business—they’re vehicles for connection, education, and impact.
When I’m not reimagining the future of automotive retail, you’ll find me behind the lens of my camera, exploring farmers markets, scenic drives, and golden-hour skylines. Creativity fuels my work and my life, whether I’m crafting strategies, developing digital tools, writing stories, or speaking before live audiences on the power of marketing and helping them connect the dots between marketing and process.
My mission is simple: to inspire connection—between people and brands, technology and experience, vision and reality.
