With more than 20 years of leadership experience across automotive, digital retail, product strategy, and marketing, I’ve partnered with OEMs, technology providers, and dealer networks to transform complex ideas into customer-centric solutions that deliver measurable business results. My passion lies in connecting people, processes, and technology to accelerate adoption, strengthen customer engagement, and drive organizational growth.
While serving as Digital Retail Tool Product Manager for BMW Group, I helped shape the future of luxury automotive retail by leading initiatives that enhanced the digital customer journey. My work included advancing Virtual Showroom experiences, digital test drive solutions, and omnichannel retail strategies designed to improve customer engagement while supporting business performance.
Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated across product, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to solve complex challenges, simplify change, and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision. I believe successful digital transformation isn’t simply about implementing technology. It’s about creating experiences that people embrace and organizations can sustain.
My foundation in storytelling has been equally important to my success. With a master’s degree in English and Creative Writing, I enjoy translating complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives that inspire action and build alignment. That perspective was shaped early in my career during my service as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Botswana, where I developed a national digital communications strategy and launched the Botswana Passions health drama series. That experience reinforced a lesson I’ve carried throughout my career: meaningful change happens when communication connects with people on a human level.
Outside of my professional work, I’m an avid photographer, writer, and lifelong learner. Whether leading strategic initiatives, mentoring teams, or exploring the world through a camera lens, I’m driven by curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to making complex challenges simpler, more human, and more impactful.
